When cooperation is concluded, we also process the data needed to prepare contracts, for invoicing, accounting and the fulfilment of other statutory obligations.
We process personal data for the purpose of handling enquiries, contacting interested parties, preparing offers, negotiating the conclusion of a contract, providing our services, communicating with clients, preparing contractual documentation, invoicing, keeping accounts, protecting our rights and sending commercial communications in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.
We process personal data in particular on the basis of steps taken prior to entering into a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interest in communicating with interested parties, developing business relationships and protecting legal claims.

We obtain personal data directly from the persons who contact us or submit an enquiry through the website. We may also obtain business contacts from publicly available sources and from business databases, in particular through the Saleskit service.
Data submitted through the enquiry form is stored in the website database and is at the same time sent to the info@dokmene.cz mailbox operated through Google Workspace.
The website is operated with the provider FORPSI. For business communication we use the Saleskit and Instantly.ai services.
Personal data may be disclosed, to the extent necessary, to providers of web hosting, e-mail services, database and business tools and to other technical suppliers involved in the operation of our services.
Personal data may further be disclosed to the partner law firm 3ADVOKÁTI s.r.o., Company ID 06799515, with its registered office at Nádražní 879/27, 702 00 Ostrava, in particular for the purpose of preparing and reviewing contractual documentation, legal advice and the protection of legal claims.
To the extent necessary, data may also be passed on to an external accountant or tax adviser for the purpose of invoicing, keeping accounts and fulfilling statutory obligations.
Personal data may be passed on to public authorities where a legal regulation imposes such an obligation on us.
Some providers of the services used may also process personal data outside the European Economic Area. In such a case, data is transferred only where the statutory conditions are met and with the use of appropriate personal data protection safeguards.
Enquiries which do not result in cooperation are kept for 12 months from the last communication.
Business contacts which do not respond to our approach are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
Minimal data on persons who have refused further business communication is kept for 5 years, so that we can ensure they are not approached again.
Client data, contractual communication and related documentation are kept for the duration of the cooperation and subsequently for 10 years, or for another period required by legal regulations.
We send commercial communications only in accordance with the applicable legal regulations. Every recipient has the option to refuse further mailings simply. After a refusal, the contact is placed on the list of persons who are not to be approached again.
The website uses necessary cookies required for its proper functioning. It may also use analytical cookies of the Google Analytics service, which serve to measure traffic and improve the website. Analytical cookies are used only after the visitor has given consent.
The enquiry form is protected by the Google reCAPTCHA service. When it is used, technical data such as the IP address, device information and data about the use of the page may be passed on to Google.
The website also contains a link to the company profile on the LinkedIn network. The link itself does not use the LinkedIn Insight Tag measurement tool.
In connection with the processing of personal data you have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing.
